Weddings at 20-21

Have you ever considered getting married in an art gallery? 20-21 Visual Arts Centre is an approved venue which is licensed for civil marriages, civil partnerships, baby naming ceremonies, and renewal of marriage vows ceremonies.

We can offer a light, airy room for your ceremony with views over our sculpture garden, which provides a stunning setting for photographs of your special day.

The Ceremony Room at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre seats 40 guests and is available on Friday afternoons and the third Saturday of each month, with possible availability outside of these times.

20-21 Visual Arts Centre is a working art galley and communal spaces in the building will be shared with visitors including families with young children at the time of your ceremony.

Hire space at 20-21

Host your meeting or event from just £23.10 in our bright, modern room overlooking the gallery garden.

The space accommodates up to 40 guests in theatre style or 30 in boardroom style, with flexible layouts tailored to your needs.

Affordable equipment hire is available, starting at £5.50. Options include a digital interactive projector, flip chart, laptop, and cd player. Bookings are available by the hour, half-day, or full day—giving you the flexibility to plan your event your way.

Other spaces including the former church building are available at limited times during the year and we are also available as a filming/photography location.

Refreshments and catering are provided by our on-site café. Buffets are available for groups of 10 or more, while smaller groups are welcome to order directly from the café menu.
