Portraits of Scunthorpe Pride

A pop-up exhibition documenting the people of Scunthorpe Pride 2025

During the Scunthorpe Pride event in 2025, artist and photographers Robin Stones and Tom Glencross set up a pop-up studio and took photographic portraits of visitors to the event.

They were especially interested in documenting the LGBTQI+ community at a fixed moment in time, creating an authentic record at an event where real protest and reflection is often overshadowed by celebration and commercialism. 

In 2026 they return with special Pop-Up exhibition, showing photographs from the project in a mobile gallery, at the heart of the Scunthorpe Pride event.
