Collaged Bears
Join us and create your own bear from collage!
During this workshop children will create a collaged bear and bear trail full of the textures, marks and colours we see on our way to visit the bear sculpture. The workshop will begin with a walk to the bear sculpture taking inspiration from the surroundings and the bear itself. Participants will be encouraged to look at the marks and patterns they see and to to collect any found objects they would like to use for example leaves, flowers.
Once the walk is complete, make rubbings and prints from the found items to be used in the collage activities. After lunch we’ll create the bear collage using the prints and rubbings made in the morning.
This activity is suitable for Children 5 and above.
Tickets are Free but booking is required please book here.
